Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff pastry yeast dough
Filling:
- 3 pcs of sardines
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10-15 olives
- 100 g of mozzarella
- egg for greasing, sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling, namely sardines with olives.
2. Fry the onions and carrots. Add chopped tomatoes and grated garlic.
3. Roll out the dough, and put the fish, fried tomatoes, olives, and grated cheese on top.
Put a layer of dough on top, brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seed,s and bake until tender.
