A la Caesar: a budget salad for a festive table and for every day

If you want to make a delicious and light salad very quickly, iceberg lettuce is a great ingredient that goes well with cheese, seafood, fish, shrimp, and bacon.

Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious salad a la Caesar, which is much easier to prepare than the classic Caesar.

Ingredients:

• iceberg - 1/3 pc
• cherry - 8 pcs
• bacon or brisket - 150 g
• parmesan cheese
• breadcrumbs

Dressing:

• sour cream - 2 tbsp
• garlic - 1 clove
• salt - to taste
• French mustard

Method of preparation:

1. Tear the iceberg with your hands.

2. Slice the bacon and fry it.

3. Mix everything for the dressing.

4. Put the tomatoes, bacon, breadcrumbs on the iceberg and pour the dressing over them.
