A la Caesar: a budget salad for a festive table and for every day
If you want to make a delicious and light salad very quickly, iceberg lettuce is a great ingredient that goes well with cheese, seafood, fish, shrimp, and bacon.
- iceberg - 1/3 pc
- cherry - 8 pcs
- bacon or brisket - 150 g
- parmesan cheese
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- garlic - 1 clove
- salt - to taste
- French mustard
Method of preparation:
1. Tear the iceberg with your hands.
2. Slice the bacon and fry it.
3. Mix everything for the dressing.
4. Put the tomatoes, bacon, breadcrumbs on the iceberg and pour the dressing over them.
