A healthy pumpkin pie that even kids will love: an easy homemade baking recipe
Homemade pies in winter are best made with seasonal berries, fruits, and vegetables. The dough can be made with eggs, adding oil.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious pumpkin pie with cinnamon and delicious cream on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- pumpkin 90 g
- carrot 90 g
Dough:
- 2 eggs
- butter 140 g
- sugar 100 g
- baking powder 10 g
- flour 140 g
- cinnamon ginger 0.5 tsp
- a pinch of salt
Cream:
- 200 g cream cheese + powdered sugar to taste (2-3 tbsp) mix with a spatula until smooth
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: add a pinch of salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and ground ginger to the sifted flour. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white for 3-4 minutes, add oil and mix. Add the flour in two stages. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
2. Add the grated carrots and pumpkin to the dough. Mix (optionally add 50 g nuts and raisins).
3. Put the dough into the mold and cook in a preheated oven to 150 C on the middle level without convention for 40 minutes.
4. Cream: mix the cottage cheese and powdered sugar and spread the cream on the cake (just wait until it cools down) and you can eat!
