Ingredients for the dough:
- kefir - 400 ml
- water - 50 ml
- baking soda, salt, sugar - 1 tsp.
- flour - 250-300 g
Ingredients for the filling:
- mozzarella - 200 g
- suluguni - 200 g
- brynza - 200 g (if there is salt in the cheese, you don't need to add it later. If not, add 0.5 tsp)
- flour - 3 tbsp
- eggs - 3 pcs.
Additionally:
- butter - 20 g (for greasing the parchment)
- siliconized parchment
Method of preparation:
1. Combine kefir with water, add salt, sugar, baking soda.
2. Mix well. Add the flour.
3. The dough should look like thick sour cream. Set aside.
4. Make the filling: grate the mozzarella and suluguni and combine with the chopped brynza. Add 3 tbsp of flour and mix.
5. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl until smooth, add to the cheese, and mix.
6. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, grease with butter, pour the dough and smooth it out, put in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Put the cheese filling on the dough and put it in the oven for another 25 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
