What to make sweet homemade sweets from: top 3 ideas
The healthiest and tastiest sweets are those made with your own hands. They can be made from high-quality, low-calorie ingredients without fear of putting on extra pounds. After all, if there is no sugar or fillers in the candy, it does not mean that such a dessert will be tasteless and unsweetened.
FoodOboz editorial team shares a selection of three ideas for making homemade sweet sweets from Ukrainian food bloggers.

Homemade Raffaello sweets. The idea was published on the eva.cooking Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- condensed milk – 400 g or 200 g of condensed milk and 100 g of mascarpone/Philadelphia
- coconut flakes – 250 g
- butter – 50 g
- almonds – 30 pcs.
- vanilla – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the coconut flakes into a deep bowl. Leave a little for sprinkling.
2. Add vanilla and melted butter to the coconut flakes, and mix thoroughly.
3. Add the condensed milk at room temperature and mix. The resulting coconut mass should be quite thick. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate, preferably overnight (at least 7 hours).
4. Pour boiling water over the nuts for 3-5 minutes, so the skin comes off easily. Dry on a dry frying pan.
5. With slightly damp hands, pinch off a small piece of the cooled coconut candy base, put the almonds in the middle and form a "ball" to be rolled in the remaining coconut flakes.
6. Repeat for all the candies, and then send the homemade Raffaello to cool for at least 2-3 hours.
7. Wrap a plate in cling film and put the candies on it so that they do not accidentally stick to the plate.
8. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
9. In the microwave, melt the dark and milk chocolate 1:1 in pulses of 20 seconds.
10. Melt about 1/2 of the black and 1/2 of the milk chocolate and dip the candies.
11. It should be at room temperature – and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
