What to make healthy homemade candies from: tastier than store-bought ones
As a rule, store-bought sweets contain a lot of different flavor enhancers and preservatives. This is why children like them so much. However, it is much safer to make homemade sweets from healthy ingredients.
The idea of making healthy mango sweets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena with the nickname blw_idea. You only need 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- mango - 1 pc.
- oatmeal - 1 cup
- almond flour - 1/4 cup
- coconut flakes - 1/2 cup
Method of preparation:
1. Mash mango.
2. Add oatmeal, almond flour and half of coconut flakes to the puree.
3. Beat everything with an immersion blender.
4. Form balls.
5. Roll them in coconut flakes.
6. The candies can be served immediately or left in the refrigerator for several hours.
