  • 2/3 cup red lentils
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:


1. Rinse the lentils and pour water overnight.


2. Rinse and boil until tender, and cool.

3. chop the onion, grate the carrots on a fine grater.


Braise for 10 minutes in a deep pan. Add the grated zucchini and stew for another 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
