The idea of making a healthy oatmeal cake without sugar was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname retsepty_dlya_ditey. Banana adds a sweet flavor.
Ingredients:
- banana - 100 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- oatmeal - 30 grams
- cocoa - 10 grams
- baking powder - 4 grams
Method of preparation:
1. Separate yolks from whites.
2. Beat the yolks in a blender with a banana.
3. Beat oatmeal in a blender until it becomes flour.
4. Add sifted cocoa and baking powder and mix well.
5. Beat the whites until peaks.
6. Mix the yolks with the whites easily with a spatula.
7. Add flour and mix again.
8. Pour onto a baking sheet, smooth a little and bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Ingredients for the cream:
- mascarpone cheese (can be sour cream) - 300 grams
- banana - 1 pc (you can also add strawberry puree)
Method of preparation:
1. Beat everything in a blender.
2. Cut the finished cake into four pieces.
3. Grease each with cream.
