Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 300 g
  • semolina - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • water - 50 ml
  • onion - 1 pc
  • butter (chilled) - 50 g
  • egg
  • salt, pepper
  • breadcrumbs
How to cook juicy and soft cutlets

Method of preparation:

1. Onion grate on a grater.

2. Chilled butter grate on a grater.

What to add to minced meat for cutlets

3. Mix the prepared minced meat, onion, butter, semolina, egg, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and beat off with your hands.

4. Form patties and roll them in breading.
