Spectacular no-bake tiramisu Easter cake: how to prepare a festive dessert
In addition to the classic yeast Easter cake, you can also make a tiramisu variant for the holiday. This dessert does not need to be baked, which saves a lot of time. It is based, of course, on savoyardi sticks and a delicate curd mass.
The idea of making tiramisu cheese cake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Svitlana with the nickname bonitavkusnoo. The dessert freezes perfectly in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- instant coffee - 1 stick + 100 g water
- Savoiardi biscuits - 50 g
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- yogurt - 70 g
- sugar - 60 g
- condensed milk at room temperature - 70 g
- butter at room temperature - 50 g
- cocoa for layering and finishing
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese with yogurt and sugar.
2. Beat with a blender until smooth. The cottage cheese should be fatty and plastic: this is the key to a delicious dish so that there are no grains when rubbed between your fingers.
3. Add butter to condensed milk and beat until creamy.
4. Stir the cream into the curd mass.
5. Brew coffee.
6. Prepare molds for the cake, namely cover them with cheesecloth.
7. Put a little bit of the curd mass on the bottom.
8. Spread the biscuits on top in a single layer, dipping them in coffee.
9. If necessary, break the biscuits to fill the mold tightly.
10. Spread a little bit of the curd mixture over the biscuits and sprinkle with cocoa.
11. Repeat everything 3-4 times.
12. Fold the edges of the fabric, covering the curd mass.
13. Put a weight on the Easter cake (for example, a package of kefir) and put it in the refrigerator overnight to drain the liquid and seal it.
14. Sprinkle the cake with cocoa powder before serving.
