Must-have foods in the kitchen: you won't go hungry ever again
It often happens that after a trip to the store, the money is spent but there is nothing to eat. A few types of sausage, cheese, and cereal are far from a complete diet. And it's almost always not about money but about consumers' inability to choose the right products.
A food blogger with the nickname ok.vasurchak shared her thoughts on what food should always be at home on Instagram.
Frozen spinach
It can be added to omelets, scrambled eggs, soup, beans, spinach sauces for cutlets, meatballs, gravy for chicken, vegetable waffles and other dishes. It turns out to be very nutritious. Just boil the leaves, put them in ziplock bags, and put them in the freezer.
Greek yogurt
This is a very versatile product. It can be sweet with banana and chia for a snack or sour with raspberries for porridge. You can add garlic and make a sauce for potatoes or cucumbers, or spread it on homemade shawarma. It is delicious to eat with cheesecakes or just a spoonful without anything. It is a valuable source of beneficial bacteria for our digestion.
Frozen berries
They make a great sugar-free sauce.
Dried garlic and coriander
Garlic is full of flavor, and coriander is great with meat, lentils, funchose, soups, and a bunch of other dishes if you want a spicy flavor. It also emphasizes the taste perfectly.
Flattened oatmeal
It can be eaten with spinach, yogurt, and strawberries and it doesn't get boring.
Frozen croissants
Pefect for hearty breakfasts. You can put a variety of your favorite fillings inside, both sweet and savory.
