Light soup with processed cheese and redfish: the perfect lunch dish
Soup is the perfect dish for a light and quick lunch. It can be made from various meat and fish, as well as supplemented with meatballs, processed cheese, and your favorite vegetables.
One of the culinary blogs (vistovska_cooking) on Instagram published a recipe for a delicate creamy soup with processed cheese and redfish, which you can easily prepare in 30 minutes for the whole family.
Ingredients:
- trout - 400 g
- potatoes - 4 medium pieces
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- broccoli - 200 g
- cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- cream cheese - 150 g
- herbs
- spices to taste
Method of preparation:
1. First, prepare roast. To do this, chop onions and carrots. Fry everything together in a saucepan until soft and lightly golden.
2. Add potatoes, spices and boiling water to the roast. Cook under the lid for 15 minutes.
3. At this stage, add cheese, broccoli, tomatoes (cut in half) and fish to the soup. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
4. At the end, sprinkle the soup with herbs, bring to a boil and remove from heat. It's ready!
