Chicken meat itself is quite dry. So, cutlets made from it will also be so. But you can prepare the dish in such a way that it remains juicy and, at the same time, dietary. To do this, add the appropriate ingredients to the minced meat.

The recipe is published on the anny.cooking Instagram page. Finely chopped vegetables, such as carrots and onions, will add juiciness to the cutlets according to this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken – 500 g
  • loaf – 1/4
  • medium carrot – 1 pc
  • medium onion – 1 pc
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • salt, pepper, oregano, oil

Method of preparation:

1. Soak the bread in water.

2. Peel and grate carrots and onions finely.

3. Peel and grate or squeeze the garlic.

4. Squeeze the bread well from the water.

5. Mix everything: minced meat, bread, carrots, onions, garlic, egg.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a generous pinch of oregano.

7. Form cutlets, and fry over moderate heat. For 1 cutlet, use 1/2 tbsp of minced meat.

8. Moisten your hands with water, so it will be easier to form cutlets.
