How to make butter from apples: it turns out to be very tender and flavorful
Apples can be used to make not only delicious pastries and desserts, but also butter. All you need are the ingredients available to you - the whole process is quick and easy. The finished apple butter is very tender and flavorful.
Chef Vasyl Mishlen (vasilymishlen) shared a recipe for apple butter with cinnamon and vanilla on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- apples - 5 pcs
- butter - 200 g
- cinnamon - 2 tsp.
- sugar - 2 tsp
- vanilla extract - 4-5 drops
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to bake the apples. To do this, cut them in half, core them and put them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar. Bake until golden brown.
2. Remove the flesh from the baked apples and put them in a bowl.

3. Add the butter, cinnamon and vanilla extract to the apples. Beat everything with a blender until smooth.
4. Put the resulting mass into a container, close the lid and leave it in the refrigerator to harden the future butter.

5. The finished butter can be eaten with bread, toast, or added to oatmeal.
