Cook Halyna shared on Instagram a recipe for healthy, tasty meatballs for children, which you can make very quickly and easily from fillet.
Ingredients:
- turkey fillet – 500 g
- onion for meat – 1 pc.
- garlic – 1 clove
- semolina – 2 tbsp.
- onions for frying
- sour cream or cream – 150 ml
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the fillet coarsely and put it in a blender, add chopped onion, garlic, semolina and beat until smooth.
2. Roll the minced meatballs with your hands, put them in a frying pan, and add the chopped onion.
3. Pour in water and add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, cover and simmer until tender.
