Potap unexpectedly spoke Russian and announced a concert in Israel: Ukrainians responded to him

Rapper Potap (Oleksii Potapenko), who is currently building a career in Europe under the new stage name Slavik Balagan, got caught up in a new announcement of his performance. He decided to attract a Russian audience to the concert, so he addressed them in Russian.

Previously, he had an Instagram page only in English. Although Oleksii Potapenko was called a fugitive under his previous posts, the new post received the most hate.

The rapper posted an announcement for his concert in Israel with a video where he spoke only poor English. In the video, he allegedly met a Jew and said "Shalom" to him. Later he explained that he used the word "Shalom" because he was going to Israel for a concert.

"Potap is in Haifa with Slavic Balagan. Attention: this concert may cause expressive dancing, uncontrollable bouts of laughter, and a sudden desire to wear a tracksuit," Potapenko announced his performance.

He duplicated the same text first in English and then in Russian. The appearance of the occupier's language in the post angered Ukrainians who accidentally saw the rapper's post on Instagram. They expressed their indignation in the comments.

  • "Only katsaps will support. Ukrainians are sending for the ship!"
  • "Spanish shame."
  • "That's your English. It cuts my ears."
  • "And now old age and senility have come."
  • "We urgently need a duet with Vynnyk and Vlad Yama to back up"
  • "Why not in a trench? Wasn't he born for war?"
  • "This concert can only cause a gag reflex."

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that Kamenskykh addressed Potap, who became Slavik Balagan, and spoke about his European career. The artist reacted somewhat belatedly to the new track by Trumpumpum, a fragment of which she posted on her social media.
