Ingredients:
- Onion – 500 g
- Flour – 100 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Baking powder – 1 tsp.
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Dice the onion, season with salt and pepper, mash, and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs like an omelet.
4. When the onions are marinated, squeeze out the juice. Add the beaten eggs, stir, add the flour and baking powder a little at a time, and knead everything well.
5. Add chopped green onions and mix again.
6. Fry the onions until golden brown over low heat to make them soft and tender.
7. Serve the onion pancakes with sour cream and bacon.
