How to cook cucumbers for the winter

1. Put dill inflorescences on the bottom of a 3 liter jar.

2. Add 3 currant leaves and 3 cherry leaves.

3. Add the cucumbers.

4. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of salt.

5. Then 1 full tablespoon of ground pepper and 1 full tablespoon of crushed garlic.

6. Cover with plain cold water.

7. Cover with a nylon lid.

8. Shake the jars several times during the day to dissolve the salt.
