UN puts Russia on the list of shame for killing Ukrainian children and using them as human shields

The UN has put Russia on the list of shame for killing Ukrainian children and using them as human shields. The Russian occupiers have already killed 136 children.
This was reported by Sky News. According to the UN, it was also recorded that 518 cases of physical injury to children and 480 attacks on schools and hospitals occurred in Russia. According to the report, 91 of these cases involved children being used as human shields.
According to the UN, it was also noted that the Ukrainian armed forces were involved in 80 deaths of children, 175 injuries and 212 attacks on schools and hospitals. However, it is worth noting that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not included in the global list of violators.
The head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, also commented on this decision.
"I would like to note that Russia is abducting Ukrainian children and continues to kill them in 2023. Putin is a war criminal, as well as his entire entourage, along with terrorists, commanders and executors of criminal orders," he wrote on his Telegram.
On 27 April, the PACE officially recognised Putin's arrest warrant and confirmed the genocide by the Russian Federation. Now, the countries that have ratified the Rome Statute and are obliged to comply with the ICC's decisions have been joined by those PACE member states that are not under the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court.
