Main Directorate of Intelligence shows first footage of evacuation of Ukrainians from Gaza: how many people were taken out in the first group

The Main Directorate of Intelligence showed the first footage of the evacuation of Ukrainian citizens from the Gaza Strip, where the Israeli Defense Forces are conducting a ground operation against Hamas terrorists. The day before, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that 43 Ukrainians had been evacuated from the Palestinian enclave.

The Ukrainian citizens left for a safe place in Egypt. This was reported by the press service of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the photo).

The evacuation measures are being carried out by the Main Directorate of Intelligence employees in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the general supervision of President Zelensky.

According to the President, the first group of 43 Ukrainians was successfully evacuated from Gaza to Egypt. In addition, Ukraine helped to evacuate 36 Moldovan citizens from the combat zone as part of the operation.
