Russian President Vladimir Putin has made his third foreign visit since his troops invaded Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Now recognized by the International Criminal Court as a war criminal, he visited the United Arab Emirates, with Flight 1 being escorted to the airport in Abu Dhabi by four Su-35S.
