On March 25, Ukrainian air defenders destroyed two Russian ballistic missiles over Kyiv. The occupiers launched them on Monday morning from the territory of Crimea.
The falling debris of the enemy targets caused destruction in the capital and injured residents. Mykola Oleshchuk, the commander of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, reported on the results of the air defense.
He noted that the Russian military launched two ballistic missiles at Kyiv from the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula at about 10:30 a.m.
"The targets have been destroyed, the type is being identified. I am grateful to the defenders of the sky for their combat work!" emphasized the lieutenant general.
