"Ukraine is against any freezing of the war": the Presidential Administration refutes Bild's article on Zelensky's victory plan

Ukraine is not interested in any kind of war freeze. The details of our victory strategy, published by the German newspaper Bild, are not true.

In a comment to OBOZ.UA, a source from the Office of the President of Ukraine emphasized that Bild had spread a fake. The journalists did not see the victory plan, and none of the several people who are currently involved in the preparation of the strategy by President Volodymyr Zelensky has spoken to Bild representatives.

"No one will give Minsk-3 or any other to the Russians," our source emphasized.

"The country's authorities at all levels are constantly voicing that they are against freezing the war. And it is important for us that the United States supports the plan of Ukraine's victory, not capitulation or freezing, the OP representative noted.

This strategy will be presented to the United States first, because Washington is able to ensure the implementation of its content, the source added.

As a reminder, Bild previously stated that Ukraine's plan allegedly does not exclude a localized ceasefire in some parts of the frontline and a "temporary freeze" of the situation there. Also, according to the plan, Kyiv will ask the West for permission to hit military targets in Russia with long-range foreign weapons. The President's Office denies the veracity of the Bild article.

As reported by OBOZ.UA:

- President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will travel to the United States to present Ukraine's plan to US representatives.

- The head of state has previously said that our strategic plan for victory is "frank" and "clear" and will not contain many points.
