The occupants are actively using chemical weapons against the AFU: the military spoke about the new tactics of the enemy

A fighter of the "Da Vinci Wolves" battalion shared how the occupants use chemical weapons

Russian occupation troops are actively using chemical weapons on the front line. Ukrainian defenders have to retreat back in some places because of such enemy actions.

Deputy chief of intelligence of the "Da Vinci Wolves" battalion and one of its leaders Serhii Filimonov said this in an interview (to watch the video, scroll to the end of the page). He also spoke about the Russians' new tactics of using chemical weapons.

Russian invaders launch several drones towards Ukrainian positions at once. The first one drops chloropicrin gas into a dugout or a trench, because of which our fighters begin to suffocate and are forced to leave their hiding place.

"When you get out of the dugout, they throw grenades and VOGs. If someone is wounded or killed, you are forced to evacuate them. When you do it at the positions, that's when they start doing a 'meat assault'," Filimonov explained.

If the invaders succeed in their assault actions, they occupy the same AFU dugouts that they threw chemicals on before. Our military is forced to move back 50-100 meters in the other direction and dig trenches for themselves again.

"You dig in again, but while you are digging, they shoot drones again," the fighter added.

As reported by OBOZREVATEL, the Russian occupiers shelled the Novodanylivka village with chemical munitions, which is near Orikhiv in Zaporozhzhia. That's how the military of the Russian Federation tried to stop the movement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
