The enemy used the maximum range of weapons: the Kharkiv military industrial complex told about the situation near the aggregate plant in Vovchansk
The Russian occupation forces have intensified attacks on the Vovchansk Aggregate Plant. They are using heavy weapons, including flamethrower systems and guided aerial bombs.
This was stated by Vitalii Sarantsev, spokesman for the Kharkiv Operational and Tactical Group, during a national telethon. According to him, the enemy is using the maximum range of weapons to strike the plant.
"He (the enemy – ed.) is currently trying to use the maximum range of weapons in that location (the aggregate plant in Vovchansk – ed.). They are using a heavy flamethrower system and dropping unmanned aerial vehicles," the spokesman said.
Sarantsev noted that the situation on the plant's territory remains extremely tense and difficult after it was liberated by Ukrainian forces, in particular, units of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
Although the aggregate plant has no strategic tactical value for the Russian military, the loss of this facility was a serious image blow for them.
On September 24, it became known that the aggregate plant in Vovchansk, which had been seized by Russians, had been liberated. The occupiers were driven out of this large fortified area in the north of Kharkiv region as a result of cooperation between the soldiers of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine and volunteers from the Russian Volunteer Corps.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, the Russian occupier complained to his friend that all the survivors were being sent to the assault: the sick and refusers. He urged his friend to send a complaint to the military prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation to save him.
