As of August 13, 74 settlements in the Kursk region of Russia are already under Ukrainian control. Inspections and stabilization measures are being carried out there.

The development of humanitarian solutions for these territories continues. This was reported to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi.
