Russian paratroopers refuse to conduct assaults on the left bank of Kherson region: Operational Command South reveals details

The Russian occupation forces operating on the left bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region are increasingly refusing to storm Ukrainian positions. This mainly concerns Russian paratroopers and marines.

It is they who have reinforced units like Storm Z in this area, which the enemy is running out of. This was stated by Natalia Humeniuk, head of the Joint Press Center of the Southern Defense Forces, during a TV marathon.

According to her, the command of the Russian Armed Forces throws its units and formations into assaults "directly," that is, without the necessary infantry support with equipment. This approach leads to significant losses of manpower.

Humeniuk says that the number of occupants' Storm Z units has recently decreased on the left bank of the Kherson region. Instead, there are more Russian paratroopers and marines concentrated there.

"And they consider themselves elite and do not want to conduct such assaults," the representative of the OC South said.

She added that for the same reason, moral and psychological misunderstandings and various disputes arise in the ranks of the invaders.

"That is why the leadership of the Dnipro group, which is now based there, has a lot of disorder in the general understanding of further developments," Humeniuk explained.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the occupiers are still trying to drive Ukrainian units out of the left bank of the Dnipro River. However, over the past day, January 11, the enemy made only three attacks there, which were all repelled by the Defense Forces.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, military expert Vladyslav Selezniov said that the situation on the left bank of the Kherson region is close to a crisis for the enemy. Ukrainian marines are holding Krynky and massively "demilitarizing" the occupiers.
