Russia strikes Kupiansk
On the night of October 7, Russian troops attacked Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. The enemy launched a guided aerial bomb at the city.
There were no casualties, but destruction was recorded. This was reported on Saturday morning by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on his Telegram channel.
"Three residential buildings were damaged," he said. According to Syniehubov, the explosion in Kupiansk occurred around 03:10.

Yesterday (October 6), the Russian Federation Armed Forces fired at the settlements of Chuhuiv and Kupiansk districts.
The occupants used a Tornado multiple rocket launcher system against the village of Shevchenkove in the Kupyansk district. A 56-year-old civilian was wounded there.
The enemy also fired at the town of Vovchansk in the Chuhuiv district, causing a one-story apartment building to catch fire. Three residents were hospitalized as a result of the fire: a 76-year-old man, a 75-year-old woman and a 25-year-old woman.
The village of Kurylivka in the Kupiansk district also suffered from MLRS strikes. The warehouses and property of a civilian enterprise were damaged.
The villages of Petropavlivka, Nechvolodivka, and Moskovka in the Kupiansk district, Hatyshche and Zemlianky in the Chuhuiv district and others were under enemy fire.
Syniehubov added that on October 6, the Russian invaders once again carried out offensive actions in the areas of Synkivka and Ivanivka in the Kupiansk direction. The Russians retreated with losses under the fire of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
