"Read technical manuals": Budanov shamed "experts" who claim that ATACMS cannot destroy the Crimean bridge

The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Kyrylo Budanov, is confident that the illegally built Crimean bridge by Russians can be destroyed by American long-range ATACMS missiles. Ukraine has already received these weapons from the United States.

According to Budanov, the question of the number of ATACMS that can destroy a logistics facility important to the Russian occupiers in the occupied Crimea remains important. He said this in an interview with The Philadelphia Inquirer.

According to him, those who claim that ATACMS are not powerful enough to cope with this task are mistaken.

"They should read the technical manuals. The only question is their number, but in principle, these missiles will allow us to accomplish this task," he said.

According to Budanov, Crimea, which the occupiers have turned into a huge military base, must be cut off from Russian supplies.

The DIU chief agreed with the opinion of former U.S. Army Europe Commander Ben Hodges that this will be the key to forcing the aggressor state's troops to move to defense.

"I absolutely share the opinion of General Hodges. So we need to do everything we can to implement it," Budanov said.
