On Wednesday night, September 13, powerful explosions were heard in occupied Sevastopol (Crimea) - eyewitnesses counted at least seven. After them, smoke rose over the city. There are attacks on the ship repair plant of the occupants, a fire broke out there.

According to monitoring channels, explosions sounded in the area of Inkerman, where ships and subs of the Russian Black Sea Fleet are based. Preliminarily, there is an incoming in the area of the Southern Bay.

Mikhail Razvozhayev, the so-called governor of Russia's temporarily occupied Sevastopol, confirmed the attack and wrote that the fire broke out at a non-civilian facility near Kilen beam. The 13th ship repair plant of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is located there.

Razvozhayev also reported that 24 people were allegedly injured as a result of the AFU attack on Sevastopol, according to preliminary information.

Subsequently, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Main Directorate of Intelligence confirmed the defeat of the two Russian warships. In a commentary to OBOZREVATEL, the Main Directorate of Intelligence noted that, according to Ukraine's military intelligence, a large landing ship and a submarine of the occupiers were damaged.

Also, the equipment of the Ordzhonikidze shipyard in temporarily occupied Sevastopol was damaged as a result of the night attack.

 

Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk, commander of the Air Force of the AFU, commented cryptically on the attack on temporarily occupied Sevastopol. He expressed gratitude to Ukrainian pilots and hinted at a continuation.

Subsequently, the AFU Stratcom confirmed that on September 13, Ukrainian forces conducted successful strikes against the occupiers' naval assets and port infrastructure in Sevastopol's Ship Bay.
