On the morning of February 19, Russian Federation troops attacked an outpatient clinic in the Bilozerska community of Kherson region. Eight medical workers were injured as a result of an explosive drop from a UAV. 

The regional prosecutor's office confirmed the incident. The press service reported on Telegram that a pre-trial investigation into the war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) had been launched.

Among the eight victims, one woman was hospitalized. The others received outpatient medical care.

"Prosecutors together with investigators continue to document war crimes committed by the Russian Armed Forces," the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office assured.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, on February 15, two policemen were injured in a Russian strike on Kherson.
