"Just let us know": Tusk offers help with treatment in Poland for children affected by Russian attack on Okhmatdyt

Poland is ready to assist Ukraine in treating children who suffered from a missile strike by the terrorist country of Russia on the Okhmatdyt in Kyiv. The country already has experience in providing such assistance to Ukrainians, particularly in Kharkiv.

This was stated by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Warsaw. He assured that Poland would do everything it could.

"Regarding Kyiv children. If you need help and Poland can be useful, let us know... We will do everything in our power," the head of the Polish Council of Ministers said.

Tusk added that he had spoken with the ministers who organized the presence of Polish doctors in Kharkiv, so there is experience in providing such assistance.

As a reminder, on July 8, the aggressor country Russia attacked the Okhmatdyt hospital in Kyiv. The shelling destroyed the toxicology building and damaged the central building. Russian terrorists hit the building where children were receiving dialysis. That is, the young patients were "tied" to blood purification machines. The shelling also destroyed the intensive care unit.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Austria, the Ambassador of Germany, and the Minister of Defense of the Netherlands condemned the cynical attack on the children's hospital, emphasizing that in such a bloody way Putin demonstrates his unwillingness to end the war.
