Russian invaders are trying to deceive Ukrainian servicemen on the battlefield and disguise themselves in the uniform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. However, the Ukrainian military has invented a certain algorithm that allows them to identify the enemy.

This is not a new tactic and the Russians have used it in other wars. Captain Yurii Fedorenko, commander of the "Achilles" battalion of unmanned aerial vehicles of the 92nd separate assault brigade named after Ivan Sirko, told about this during the telethon.

The military explained that it is not worth telling the general public about the algorithm that allows detecting occupiers in Ukrainian uniforms. However, Fedorenko emphasized that it is always difficult, but is achieved through negotiations and tactics on the battlefield.

The detection of the enemy in disguise is achieved by taking control of a representative wearing a Ukrainian uniform. Fedorenko added that this tactic is not new to the enemy.

"They have been using it since other wars in which Russia participated. Over the past year, we have seen quite a lot of it, when the enemy puts on a "pixel" and tries to infiltrate our rear lines to sow chaos in the rear and bring maximum imbalance as far as possible," explained Fedorenko.

Despite the enemy's attempts, we can detect the occupiers in the Armed Forces effectively. The Defense Forces are doing a good job of distinguishing between "friend and foe" on the battlefield.

"We know the tactics, so there are fewer and fewer such cases every day. Systematic work to distinguish between "friend and foe" is being carried out and is sufficiently implemented in the Defense Forces. It will be different in each direction, for the sake of truth, but the vast majority of commanders clearly understand and realize how to do this and how to teach personnel to distinguish between "friend and foe," noted Fedorenko.

As a reminder, the Russian occupation army made an attempt to advance to the borders of the residential area of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. To conduct the assault, the enemy tried to take advantage of the weather conditions, in particular, thick fog, to remain unnoticed.

Earlier it was reported that Russian troops are actively building fortifications along the coast of the temporarily occupied Yevpatoriya in Crimea. They are digging trenches, and setting up firing points and strongholds.
