Ukrainians found a girl who was declared "missing" in Sudza, Russia: what she said about the "SVO" and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Video

Ulyana's mother abandoned her in the hospital, and the child grew up with her grandmother

The Ukrainian military found a 17-year-old girl in Sudzha who was wanted in Russia. Ulyana Kliver said that her mother, who initiated the search on social media, left her in the hospital, and the girl grew up with her grandmother. Ulyana has a good attitude towards the Armed Forces of Ukraine and understands that it was the Russian government that started the war.

Her story was told by TRO Media, the public relations service of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces. While monitoring the Russian segment of social media, the military found an announcement about the search for a "missing" girl.

On August 28, Ukrainian defenders found Ulyana in a boarding school in the center of Sudzha. She ended up there after her house was destroyed by the Russian military on August 20.

A girl and her grandmother are now forced to hide in the basement from Russian air strikes.

"My mom might be looking for me, for example. I would tell her that I'm fine, everything is fine. If this person is worried, let them calm down. My dad, I don't know where, my mom left on the very first day, allegedly..." Ulyana said.

According to her, she and her grandmother didn't have a car to evacuate, and they also decided not to take the bus, as they believed that the events in Kursk region would not last long.

"We thought it wasn't that bad, that it would all be over in a day. But, as it turned out later, Ukrainian soldiers were already on our territory, and that's how we ended up here," says Ulyana.

The girl's grandmother told us that the Ukrainian military treats them very well, which she did not expect.

"The Ukrainian soldiers don't bother us at all, they come and go, do their own thing and that's it. No one is forcing anyone, we are just sitting here waiting for at least some corridor to open. The Ukrainian military are very kind, they bring us food and water. If it weren't for the good Ukrainians, we wouldn't have survived here. The "SVO", this greatest horror that began on February 24, 2022, was started by our government, the Russian government, " Ulyana said.

She also told us that she does well in school and loves to read.

"The house burned down, there is no house anymore, so I took my favorite books. All my grades for nine classes are A's. We are there until 9 o'clock because we are going downstairs because of the bombing. Yesterday, literally three rockets landed very close to us, and now the administration building across the street is on fire. It's very close," the girl and her grandmother said.

They also expressed their willingness to travel to Ukraine.

"She (Ulyana – Ed.) would agree to come to Sumy to visit you. So would I. We have no home at all... Half past four in the morning on August 6. And then it started. The house was destroyed on Savior's Day, the 20th. We were running back and forth through the basements, from one building to another," said the girl's grandmother.

As OBOZ.UA reported, the day before, at a meeting of the Stavka, the head of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, said that the Ukrainian military had advanced in the Kursk region by another two kilometers over the day.

DeepState noted that the Russian Federation regained control of Koreneve, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces entered on August 7. And to the south of the village, the Defense Forces occupied the village of Krasnooktyabrske on the banks of the Seim River.

According to Russian media, the Ukrainian Armed Forces recently destroyed another column of Russian troops in Kursk region, as well as a pontoon crossing in the village of Zvanne.
