War in Ukraine
Ukrainian troops destroyed enemy's fuel depot, observation post and dugouts near Vovchansk. Video
Near the city of Vovchansk in the north of Kharkiv region, border guards destroyed seven occupants, a fuel and lubricant depot, an observation post, and dugouts of the Russian occupation army using drones. The operation was carried out by "air hunters" of the Furia combat aircraft of the Gart brigade.
The video of the strikes on the enemy on February 22 was shared by the press service of the State Border Guard Service. "The airdrops of the RUBPAK unit hit both stationary and moving targets – whether it is personnel on the move or a car driving to the occupiers' positions," the Khortytsia operational and strategic group of troops said.
As a result, the border guards destroyed:
– an observation post;
– a firing position;
– a takeoff point for drones;
– an enemy fuel and lubricant depot;
– dugouts and trench lines.
A vehicle and seven Russian invaders were also destroyed.
The Khortytsia Joint Forces Operation Center emphasized that UAV operators regularly inflict losses on the Russian aggressor in this area.
As OBOZ.UA wrote, the occupiers have changed their tactics and are increasingly using armored vehicles for assaults in the Kramatorsk sector. They are trying to pave the way for an offensive with tanks, armored personnel carriers, and MT-LBs, but Ukrainian defenders effectively destroy these threats on the approaches.
