In addition, Ukrainian troops continued their offensive on the northern and southern flanks of Bakhmut, while Russian troops counterattacked in the area of Bakhmut on June 13. Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Malyar reported that Ukrainian forces had advanced 250 meters in the area of the Berkhiv reservoir (6 km northwest of Bakhmut) and 200 meters in the Toretsk direction (about 20 km southwest of Bakhmut).

It is also known that Russian troops conducted unsuccessful ground strikes northwest of Bakhmut in the area of Bila Hora (15 km southwest of Bakhmut). Putin's terrorists unsuccessfully counterattacked in the direction of Bila Hora and Ivanivske (6 km west of Bakhmut).
