On November 21, the aggressor country Russia launched a massive missile attack on Dnipro during the morning missile attack on Ukraine, wounding two people. An industrial enterprise and the building of a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities were damaged in the city, and two fires broke out as a result of the shelling.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovs'k regional military administration Serhii Lysak. According to him, the rehabilitation center's boiler room was partially destroyed, several dozen windows were smashed, but people were not injured.

In addition, the garage cooperative was damaged: a fire broke out and nine garages were damaged.

"As it was reported earlier, an industrial enterprise was damaged. Two private houses were also damaged: a fire broke out in one of them and was extinguished. The fire was also extinguished at the second site. Preliminary, two people were injured: A 57-year-old man was treated on the spot, and a 42-year-old woman was hospitalized," Lysak said.

He emphasized that public utilities are working at the emergency sites. The National Police is accepting reports of property damage. Philanthropists have joined in to help people. They are providing psychological assistance and materials for quick repairs.

The State Emergency Service reported that the roof of a two-story residential building in the private sector was burning on an area of 150 square meters. Rescuers extinguished the fire there and a 100-square-meter fire on the territory of a garage cooperative.

The morning Russian attack, which lasted from 05:00 to 07:00, targeted enterprises and critical infrastructure in Dnipro, the Air Force reported. The military noted that the aggressor launched an intercontinental ballistic missile, an X-47M2 Kinzhal air-to-air missile, and seven X-101 cruise missiles. The Ukrainian defenders of the sky shot down six X-101s, while the rest of the Russian missiles did not cause any significant consequences.

The OVA added that at night, the Russian army attacked Nikopol district center, Pokrovska, and Chervonohryhorivska communities. They used artillery and Grad multiple rocket launchers. No people were injured.
