"Zubr" armored vehicles to be put into service with the Defense Forces

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has approved and authorized the use of the "Zubr'' all-terrain armored vehicle in the units of the Defense Forces. This multipurpose vehicle is characterized by high mobility, maneuverability, and compactness.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense. The armored vehicle is equipped with a reinforced independent suspension and has excellent driving characteristics that allow it to overcome difficult terrain at high speed.

In addition, the "Zubr" can overcome shallow water obstacles without any problems, making it even more versatile in use.

The armor and design of the "Zubr" armored vehicle provide reliable protection for military personnel against small arms and reduce the risk of injury to the driver and passengers in the event of a mine or landmine explosion.

The vehicle can be equipped with additional weapon systems and is also suitable for personnel transportation and evacuation of the wounded.

Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian military received Swedish armored personnel carriers PBV 30. Sweden has promised to transfer all such vehicles in service with the Swedish army to Ukraine. This vehicle is characterized by excellent cross-country ability and is able to overcome off-road, mud and sand, and even water obstacles.
