In the Kursk region, the Ukrainian military covered the enemy's control center. During the attack, the deputy commander of the 810th Marine Brigade of the Russian Federation, Salim Mukharbetovich Pashtov, was killed.

This is stated in the message of the Operational Armed Forces of Ukraine Telegram channel. The information was also confirmed by the sister of the deceased in the brigade's VKontakte group.

In addition to it, the attack on the control center was confirmed by the local Telegram channel of the city of Lgov, which noted that all residents of the settlement knew about its location.

"Together with the deputy, there were other Russian military in the building, seven of whom were killed. It was probably the brigade's officers who were in charge of managing the units and issuing orders," the publicist writes.

As a reminder, the Defense Forces launched a missile strike on the Kursk region of the Russian Federation on the morning of December 25. The building of a sugar factory in the village of Lgov, where Russian soldiers were stationed, was attacked.

Later, the Ukrainian Armed Forces confirmed the attack. They noted that in the city of Lgov, Kursk region of the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit the control center of the 810th Separate Marine Brigade of the Russian Navy. The enemy placed it in an abandoned building.
