"The bombers are loaded": Budanov comments on possible massive attack by Russian army on February 24
Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov commented on the possibility of a massive missile attack on the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Russia. According to him, the enemy's strategic bombers are "already loaded."
At the same time, Budanov did not specify when exactly a massive missile strike is possible. He said this in a comment to OBOZ.UA at the forum "Ukraine. Year 2025" forum.
"The bombers are loaded, the only thing I can tell you," Budanov said, probably referring to the Russian Tu-95MS that Putin's terrorists use to launch massive attacks on Ukraine.
On the eve of the anniversary of Russia's full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine, there are disputes in the information space about whether the enemy is preparing a massive missile strike for February 24.
At the same time, Budanov's words about the loading of strategic bombers do not exclude the possibility that the enemy may soon be preparing a missile strike. At the same time, Ukrainians are regularly advised to be vigilant and respond to air raid alerts at all times, not just on certain dates.
As a reminder, on the eve of the third anniversary of the full-scale war, on February 23, Russia used 267 drones of various types against Ukraine. This was the largest attack since Iranian kamikaze drones began striking Ukrainian cities and villages.
Earlier it was reported that on the night of February 23, Russian troops attacked Odesa region with drones. Three people were injured in Odesa district as a result of enemy strikes.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, the Russian authorities instructed propagandists to promote "victorious" narratives on the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Traditionally, they are supposed to spread disinformation about the "victory" - either over Ukrainians or NATO, as well as about Western support for Kyiv.
