In particular, the new package includes Combat Boat 90 combat boats, Robot System 70 man-portable air defense systems, anti-tank mines, grenade launchers, and more. Also, for the first time, Sweden decided to purchase additional spare parts for JAS 39 Gripen fighters for Ukraine, which may end up in the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the future.

The package includes:

– Robot System 70 anti-aircraft missile systems;

– material parts for the JAS Gripen;

– 6 combat boats of the 90s;

– 2 launch trailers that can work with different types of boats, including Combat Boat 90;

– protective face masks and protective equipment for working in a contaminated environment;

– grenade launchers with ammunition, recoilless shotguns with ammunition and small-caliber ammunition;

– training equipment;

– transfer of helmets and winter gear for the winter; purchase of 40 mm ammunition for combat vehicles;

The Ministry of Defense of Sweden emphasized that with this package, the Kingdom is launching a new phase of military support for Ukraine when more attention will be paid to weapons production rather than donations.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine thanked Sweden for its support. The ministry noted that in total, in 2024, military assistance from the Kingdom to Ukraine amounted to SEK 25 billion.

"We thank our Swedish partners for their unwavering support!" the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine emphasized.
