The Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the death of soldiers during a special mission

The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have confirmed the deaths of soldiers of the 73rd Naval Special Operations Center. It happened during a clash between the soldiers and the Russian occupiers.

The Special Forces soldiers were ensuring the withdrawal of the main forces of the group after completing a special mission. This was reported on the official Telegram channel of the Special Forces on the night of Thursday, February 29.

"The soldiers fought their last battle, remaining in the ranks forever," the message says.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that the heroic and extremely difficult combat work of the SSO units on land, at sea, and deep behind enemy lines is the daily contribution of the SSO soldiers to victory over the enemy.

"Always remember the price of our freedom. Eternal memory and glory to the fallen comrades! Sincere condolences to the families of the victims!" they added.

It should be noted that the information about the "black day for the Armed Forces of Ukraine" appeared on the Internet on the evening of February 28. The enemy posted photos of the dead soldiers and announced an attempt to land our soldiers on the Tendra Spit off the coast of the Kherson region.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine once again worked on a column of Russian invaders in the Donetsk sector. Operators of the 8th separate regiment destroyed the enemy using FPV drones.
