Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu has lied that the Russian occupation army did not use cluster munitions in the war against Ukraine. The war criminal cynically said that Russia allegedly did not use such weapons "for humanitarian reasons".

At the same time, Shoigu made up that the aggressor country allegedly "put an end to the West's dominance in the military sphere." He said this at the XI Moscow Conference on International Security.

Shoigu said that the United States had supplied cluster munitions to Ukraine and called it a "war crime." At the same time, he complained that humanitarian organizations have not condemned such an act of the US authorities.

"We also have cluster munitions in our armament. So far, for humanitarian reasons, we have refrained from using them. However, this decision may be reconsidered," Shoigu said.

In addition, Shoigu made up that Russia's war against Ukraine "put an end to the West's dominance in the military sphere." The war criminal said that the civilized world's ability "to impose its interests has been significantly reduced."

It is worth noting that journalist Yuri Butusov in his Telegram rebuked Shoigu in his cynical lies. According to him, Russian propaganda publishers openly state that the occupants are using cluster munitions in Ukraine, but Shoigu makes an idiot out of himself and all Russian citizens.
