The terrorist state of Russia launched a Shahed-136 kamikaze drone on an educational institution in the town of Romny in the Sumy region at 10:05 a.m. on August 23. The building was destroyed, two teachers were killed and three more were injured.
Sumy RMA reported on the war crime on Telegram. Now all services are working at the site. The headquarters of liquidation of consequences will be deployed.
The Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko said that two employees of the institution may be under the rubble. The search and rescue operation continues.
Russian terrorists also attacked the south of the Odesa region with attack drones at night. Air defense forces managed to destroy 9 targets, but there was also a strike on the production and transshipment complexes. A fire broke out at the site of the strike, covering an area of 700 m2. Grain storage facilities were also damaged.
The Russians launched up to 20 attack drones at night, of which 11 were destroyed by the forces and means of the Air Force in cooperation with other components of the Ukrainian defense forces: 9 over the territory of the Odesa region and 2 more in Zaporizhzhia.
