Occupants set up barrier units of Kadyrov's men in Kharkiv region: Khortytsia JFO reports on the situation
The Russian occupation army is using barrier detachments of Kadyrov's men in the Kharkiv region. They were ordered to hold back Russian invaders fleeing Ukraine at the border.
The Russian army command took this step to support the regrouping of its troops. Nazar Voloshyn, a representative of the Khortytsia operational and strategic grouping of troops, said this on the air of the telethon.
According to him, the occupiers have set up barrier detachments consisting of the so-called Kadyrov's men on the Russian-Ukrainian border in Kharkiv region. Voloshyn emphasized that the enemy will deploy these units to support the regrouping of its troops.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces representative emphasized that the enemy is using the tactic of deploying barrier units made up of personnel from the Akhmat unit.
"The enemy army has suffered losses there and is defeated, so in support of its actions, the enemy is forced to maneuver reserves, move units near the line of our state border and replenish its forces and funds at the expense of reserves from the Russian airborne troops and the 11th and 44th army corps of the Russian Federation," Voloshyn said.
As a reminder, the command of the Russian occupation forces is redeploying an unspecified number of forces to the border with the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. It is not yet clear whether it plans to immediately use them for combat operations in this area or simply to strengthen the Northern Group of Forces to bring it closer to its planned final strength.
