Man and woman killed on the spot: occupants shelled Kharkiv region, enemy shell hit civilians' car. Photo

The couple lived in the village of Budarki near Chuguyev

On 5 March, Russian occupation troops hit a car in the village of Budarki near Chuhuyiv, Kharkiv Region. A husband and wife were in the car - a man and a woman died on the spot.

This was reported by the press service of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office. According to the investigation, on Sunday, the aggressor army fired artillery at Budarki in Volchanskaya commune (to see the photo, scroll to the end of the news).

One of the Russian shells hit a car with civilians, the couple died on the spot from their injuries.

As "Suspіlne" reports, citing sources in the law enforcement agencies, tentatively, an anti-tank guided missile hit the car - the car was actually torn in half.

The dead were residents of the village Budarki, a man worked as a farmer.

Under the procedural management of the Chuguev district prosecutor's office a criminal case was opened under Part 2 Article 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder).

All circumstances of the tragedy are being established by law enforcers.

As OBOZREVATEL reported, the occupiers also hit residential buildings and a train station in Kupyansk in Kharkiv Region. The attack resulted in the death of a man.

Additionally, Russian shelling resulted in the deaths and injuries of a child in Donetsk Region.

Also on 5 March, the enemy fired mortars at the village of Poniativka near Kherson, where a woman and two children were killed.
