Intelligence continues to monitor the situation in Belarus

The situation on Ukraine's border with Belarus remains stable, no movement of equipment or personnel has been detected. Ukrainian intelligence is closely monitoring all enemy actions.

This was reported by the spokesman for the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko. According to him, Russia currently does not have a sufficient number of troops on the territory of Belarus.

"At the moment, Russia does not have sufficient forces on the territory of Belarus to take any action against Ukraine in this direction," said the SBGS representative.

According to him, border guards have not observed any movement of equipment or personnel near the border.

Intelligence continues to monitor the situation in Belarus, and if any actions to strengthen Russia's presence in the area are detected, additional measures will be taken.

As OBOZ.UA wrote:

- At least 2442 children were taken from Ukraine to Belarus from the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia until October 2023, Radio Liberty has found out. The pro-government structures of the republic are involved in this.

- In early February, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said that Belarus had moved its military equipment closer to our border. This was due to the exercises of the Belarusian Armed Forces near the village of Saki, Brest region.
