"Instructions" on how to hunt a drone alive were found in the notebook of the killed DPRK soldier: the Special Operations Forces disclosed the details. Photo

The SSO deciphered the notes of the North Korean special forces officer killed in Kursk region

In the notebook of the North Korean special forces officer Gyong Hong Jong, who was killed in Kursk region, an "instruction" on how to fight drones was found. It involves the use of live bait.

The decryption of another entry from the North Korean soldier's trophy notebook was published on the Telegram channel of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Reportedly, Private Hyong Hong Jong, even before meeting with Ukrainian special forces, described in detail the tactics of shooting down UAVs and avoiding Ukrainian artillery strikes.

It remains unclear whether this is an authentic North Korean tactic or one borrowed from Russian instructors. The recordings are accompanied by illustrations that describe in detail the method of eliminating drones.

"When detecting a drone, you need to create a three-man team (3 people), with the one who lures the drone keeping a distance of 7 meters, and those who shoot – 10-12 meters.

If the luring person stands still, the drone will also stop moving. At this point, the one who shoots will eliminate (the drone)," the mercenary's notes say.

In addition, Private Gyong Hong Jong described in detail the ways to avoid artillery fire.

"In case of getting into the shelling zone, having appointed the next gathering point (group), you need to split into small groups and leave the shelling zone.

Another way: since artillery does not fire at the same point, you can hide at the point of (previous) hit and then leave the shelling zone," the DPRK soldier wrote in his notes.

Ukraine's Special Operations Forces continue to eliminate North Korean special forces in the Kursk region of Russia.

It is reported that the SSO continues to decipher entries from Private Jong's trophy notebook. In the first part of the decrypted materials, he wrote a congratulatory letter to a friend on the occasion of his birthday. However, instead of a festive party, he received an assault rifle and a trench on foreign soil, and instead of candles on the cake, a 5.56 caliber bullet from Ukrainian defenders.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, according to preliminary data, more than 3 thousand North Korean soldiers were killed and wounded at the front in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation. There is a risk of additional units and military equipment being deployed from the DPRK, which will be met with a tangible response from Ukraine.
