In Donetsk, the car of the former head of the Olenivka prison, where Ukrainian prisoners were killed, was blown up: he was killed and his wife's leg was blown off. Photos and videos
On the morning of December 9, in the temporarily occupied Donetsk, a car belonging to Russian accomplice Serhii Yevsiukov, the former head of the Olenivka prison, where Russians staged a terrorist attack against captured Ukrainian soldiers, was blown up. As a result, the owner of the car was killed and his wife's leg was blown off.
This was reported by the occupation resources on Telegram, which also shared footage from the scene of the accident. They say it happened in the center of the city – on Universytetska Street.
The occupiers from the "DPR" immediately announced the opening of a criminal case in connection with the car explosion in the center of Donetsk. They began to conduct a detailed examination of the scene and "a set of operational and investigative measures" and ordered "several forensic examinations, including an explosive examination."
The "Crimean Wind" Telegram channel reported that the blown-up Toyota Land Cruiser belonged to the former head of the Olenivka prison.
This was later confirmed by propagandists. According to them, Yevsiukov died at the scene of the explosion, and his wife, an employee of the so-called "DPR" Ministry of Internal Affairs, was injured and lost her leg.
"Preliminarily, another bastard went to a meeting with Kobzon. A good start to Monday..." commented Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of Occupation in Mariupol, on his Telegram channel.
Taking into account the photos and video, he suggested that the epicenter of the explosion was "in the area of the driver's seat" of the car. This rejects the versions of an accident or a "gas cylinder."
According to preliminary information, a plastid – about 100 grams of TNT equivalent – was planted under the bottom of a Toyota Land Cruiser belonging to an occupier's accomplice.
"Happiness to the dead! Retribution is inevitable!" emphasized Andriushchenko.
As a reminder, the Security Service and the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine have collected evidence against two Russian war criminals who participated in the mass murder of Ukrainian prisoners of war in the Olenivka prison in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region in July 2012.
In July 2024, suspicion was served on those involved in the deaths of Ukrainian prisoners: the former head of the so-called "Volnovakha prison of the DPR" in the village of Olenivka, Serhii Yevsiukov, and his first ex-deputy, Dmytro Neiolov, who collaborated with the occupiers.
In Ukraine, a reward of $21,500 was announced for information about Yevsiukov's whereabouts. According to the SSU, until 2014, he headed the search department in the Horlivka district police department of the disbanded Donetsk police. During the occupation of part of the region, the traitor remained in the city and cooperated with the Russian occupation authorities. As the head of the Olenivka prison, from 2014 to July 2022, he organized the torture of more than 100 captured AFU soldiers.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, on November 13, a car of the top military officer of the Black Sea Fleet was blown up in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol. The SSU stated that the result of a successful special operation was the elimination of the 1st rank captain of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, Chief of Staff of the Russian 41st Brigade of Missile Ships and Boats.
