The Russian occupation army is trying to protect the Crimean bridge from destruction. To preserve the main logistical artery to the occupied peninsula, the enemy is resorting to various methods.

The Russians are not only increasing the number of air defense and electronic warfare systems around the bridge but are also building a kind of "fence" in the sea. This was reported by the Center for Investigative Journalism.

Earlier, it was reported that the Russian occupiers had built seven piers, and driven piles and are installing metal grilles between them, which are apparently intended to protect the concrete supports of the Crimean Bridge from marine drones. Currently, the installation of protective structures is ongoing.

The enemy has also built a line of three dozen barges, tetrapods, and metal structures similar to anti-tank "hedgehogs" on the approach to the bridge. On Tuzla Island, Putin's troops installed air defense systems. In particular, the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system was discovered there, and a modified Pantsir-S1M is based on the northern shore of Tuzla.

On the other side of the island, the occupiers have placed corner reflectors that enhance the operation of electronic warfare systems. The metal polyhedra serve as decoys for missiles and drones.

At the same time, the invaders conduct constant patrols around the Crimean bridge. For this purpose, they use combat boats of various classes. In the port of the temporarily occupied Kerch, there are 8 to 12 FSB coast guard vessels.

As a reminder, the enemy is deploying all available air defense assets to the Crimean bridge. The invaders on the Ukrainian peninsula and in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region are heavily dependent on the Kerch Bridge to supply fuel and ammunition.

Earlier it was reported that the Kerch Bridge, illegally built by Russians in Crimea, temporarily occupied by the aggressor country, needs emergency repairs. As a result of the attacks by the Ukrainian Defense Forces, the structure was severely damaged.

As reported by OBOZ.UA:

– The GUR reported that the Ukrainian military has a plan for the de-occupation of Crimea and the elimination of the Kerch Bridge, illegally built by the Russians. Andriy Yusov noted that he would like to "look at the clock and say that the bridge has about 15 minutes left to stand – but the reality is more complicated."

– President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy hinted at the fate of the Crimean bridge illegally built by Russia in the temporarily occupied Crimea. He assured that the Main Intelligence Directorate "knows how to surprise the information space."
